Position Title:
Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating and interpreting historical financial data, alongside financial forecasts and outcomes. This position involves providing consulting services to facilitate business development initiatives, economic assessments, and strategic planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operating expense planning, forecasting, and monthly closing activities for the pharmacy sector.
  • Identify intricate financial challenges, conduct research for solutions, and implement corrective measures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on various financial models.
  • Compile budget reports and analyze business cost drivers to inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a resource for team members and other departments.
  • Mentor and review the work of fellow Financial Analysts.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A BA/BS degree in accounting or finance, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, finance, or budgeting and planning; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
