Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Executing physical labor tasks as directed by the supervisor
  • Collaborating with team members and operating various hand and power tools, including drills and hammers, as instructed by management
  • Preparing and maintaining construction sites, which includes erecting scaffolding, removing debris, and digging trenches
  • Loading and unloading construction materials at the worksite, both manually and with equipment

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of verifiable experience preferred
  • Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolding or ladders
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
  • Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure project completion
  • Possess a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Good manual dexterity is required; may involve standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
