Job Title: Construction Laborer

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join its team in the Connecticut region. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the highest quality of work, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials as directed by the Lead/Foreman
  • Perform general construction duties, including site work, drywall, and concrete
  • Assist in the maintenance of the project site, including disposal of waste materials
  • Operate basic tools, including electric and manual tools
  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:

Work will occur primarily on-site, with occasional indoor and outdoor work. May involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust, and fumes.
