- Lead incident management, triage, and troubleshooting of incidents, and coordinate internal efforts across teams.
- Work with cloud engineers to improve ongoing technical operations and maintenance activities of the cloud environments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- CSP Associate level cloud certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
- 8-15 years of IT experience with a combination of cloud engineering and debugging experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical issues.
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
- Ability to get team members to work together to accomplish tasks.
- Stays up to date technically and applies new knowledge to job.
