We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide integration and operational support for production and lower environment cloud and web-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers and O&M technicians to ensure efficient process execution.
  • Lead incident management, triage, and troubleshooting of incidents, and coordinate internal efforts across teams.
  • Work with cloud engineers to improve ongoing technical operations and maintenance activities of the cloud environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • CSP Associate level cloud certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
  • 8-15 years of IT experience with a combination of cloud engineering and debugging experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical issues.
  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to get team members to work together to accomplish tasks.
  • Stays up to date technically and applies new knowledge to job.
