Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer 3

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer 3 to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure systems to support our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work packages to ensure project deliverables are met through collaboration with IT Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, and IT Operations teams.
  • Work with Application Development and Business Unit teams to provide guidance on software and services design, testing, documentation, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance according to operations standards and expected service quality.
  • Provide Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission-critical systems and client systems.
  • Respond to real-time performance alerts to resolve performance problems.
  • Conduct regular on-going review/analysis of performance data to identify current performance problems and proactively detect potential future performance problems.
  • Ensure proper selection and deployment of technologies, creation or improvement of all processes, and the recruiting or retaining of motivated, skilled people.
Requirements:
  • Infrastructure/analyst experience in a field of supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions.
  • Relative experience in information technology infrastructure management for Operational Units.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure/analyst experience in a field supporting and providing system administration solutions.
  • Experience working with moderately complex data.
  • Understanding of processes and procedures in specialized field.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task various critical work assignments in a fast-paced environment in a professional manner.
  • Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
  • Knowledge of the principles of data communications and telecommunications.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, storage virtualization, compute virtualization, and hypervisors.
  • Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.
  • Extensive knowledge of information technology infrastructure in a field supporting the migration of infrastructures from physical to virtual environments.
  • Applied computer skills to include understanding of networking, hardware, system administration, active directory, operating systems, and desktop applications.
  • Ability to work in a variety of locations such as the field, construction centers and the main office.
  • Ability to provide on call production support on a rotating basis.
  • Knowledge of Window Linux/Unix and Azure Cloud environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail, and scheduling.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Systems, Management
