Position: Home Inspector

Key Responsibilities

The Home Inspector will be tasked with performing thorough inspections of residential properties, generating detailed electronic reports, and delivering outstanding customer service. Candidates will also be expected to carry out additional ancillary services as required. The role demands physical capability to navigate various environments, including attics, roofs, and crawlspaces.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Home Inspector License (consideration may be given to qualified candidates without licensure)
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of computers, internet, email, and photography equipment
• Professional demeanor
• Mechanical aptitude
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including annual continuing education requirements

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle for transporting inspection equipment, current automobile insurance, and a good driving record. Access to the internet and a mobile phone is also required. A comprehensive criminal background check will be conducted prior to employment. Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
