AA Home Inspection has been dedicated to providing comprehensive inspection services to families and businesses in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Our goal is to empower our clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions regarding their properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards.
- Prepare detailed electronic reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Perform additional ancillary services as required.
- Work in various challenging environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of an Ohio Home Inspector License is preferred; candidates without licensure may still be considered based on qualifications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using technology, including computers, email, and photographic equipment.
- Professional demeanor and a mechanical aptitude.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in continuing education programs.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle equipped for inspection tasks, and current automobile insurance. A comprehensive background check will be conducted prior to employment. We offer flexible scheduling, necessary software, and full administrative support.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
