Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations for assigned properties.
  • Ensure timely completion of all work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
  • Manage inventory and supplies.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising maintenance staff in a multi-unit residential setting.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance is preferred.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power equipment.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
