Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling department work activities, including preventative maintenance, planned shutdown activities, projects, and contract work. The ideal candidate will use computerized maintenance management software to aid in the development of formal job plans for preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled equipment repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the PM program for all equipment, including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling preventative maintenance activities.
  • Use CMMS to collect data and review to support the evaluation of asset replacement, rebuild timelines, and problem-solving activities.
  • Update CMMS and related equipment files for new equipment or equipment changes, job plans, operating or maintenance manuals, spare part lists, and maintenance history.
  • Schedule all planned maintenance work, including conducting meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate scheduling and plan resource commitments.
  • Maintain comprehensive planning checklists, including asset detail, work methods, instructions, and work permits as required.
  • Review and close completed work orders, ensuring schedule adherence and generating follow-up work as required.
  • Evaluate and coordinate procurement requests as needed.
  • Maintain current vendor lists as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment, with a preferred emphasis on automated systems.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
Preferred Skills and Experiences
  • Demonstrated leadership skills are a plus.
  • Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret OEM manuals, including electrical and pneumatic blueprints and machine drawings.
