* Collaborate with engineers, production, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products
* Program PLCs and computers to make equipment safer, faster, or more efficient
* Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical panels, equipment, and systems
* Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities
* Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
* Research new engineering projects for payback and feasibility
* Create bills of material for projects
* Train maintenance technicians and department heads as necessary
* Use Auto Cad to create electrical and mechanical drawings
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
* Contribute to team effort by achieving results
