Morgan Truck Body LLC is seeking a skilled Production Associate/Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will play a vital role in building and assembling high-quality truck bodies.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in assembly and production. Your primary responsibilities will include reading and interpreting orders and specifications, cutting wood or metals to specific sizes using various saws and tools, and fastening parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners. You will also operate pneumatic tools and hand tools, perform set up of machines and preventative maintenance as required, examine finished projects for quality and defects, and perform safety and quality checks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of previous experience in manufacturing. You must also be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. Additionally, you should have basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills, as well as experience working with hand and power tools and reading and interpreting blueprints. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required. Previous experience working on truck bodies and construction experience are also beneficial.

Educational Background:
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required. However, it is essential to have the necessary skills and qualifications mentioned above.
