Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound and outbound calls to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies to address access to care and reimbursement needs.
- Provide program information, eligibility, and reimbursement support to patients and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate requests as needed.
- Process claims and answer phones based on volume.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in healthcare or case management preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, and/or medical billing a plus.
