Job Title: Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will play a key role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and other store staff to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of key holder, supervisory, and management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required, including motor vehicle report, and other background checks as required, (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Leadership in a sales or customer service-oriented position
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations
