Job Summary:

About the Position:

  • Manage a retail store location to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Lead by example to reinforce Mavis Tire Supply's position as a premier tire and auto service retailer.
