Program Overview

Old Colony YMCA is seeking a qualified individual to assist in supervising and leading activities for our summer camp program. As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, healthy, and constructive environment for children.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising the program and ensuring compliance with EEC regulations and Old Colony YMCA policies.
  • Help plan, develop, and implement the program curriculum in accordance with EEC regulations and Old Colony YMCA policies.
  • Attend weekly site staff meetings and monthly asset/school age curriculum meetings.

Requirements

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and adults.
