Job Duties:

  • Deliver nursing care utilizing the nursing process while ensuring a high standard of professional behavior.
  • Adhere to the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is preferred; completion of an approved nursing program is acceptable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Licensure Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of South Dakota or meet multi-state licensure requirements.
  • Completion of life-saving education relevant to the specialty area is strongly encouraged.
  • Certification in a specialty area is recommended.
  • Membership in a professional nursing organization is encouraged.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts vary, typically Monday through Friday, with hours from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 72 hours bi-weekly.
  • Participation in weekend and holiday on-call duties is required.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is competitive and based on experience.

  • Starting at $44.25 per hour.
