Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Coordinator to join our team at Three Rivers Montessori. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily food service operations, ensuring the health and safety of our students, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake of catered breakfast and lunches, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Complete temperature logs and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch to classrooms, adhering to prompt schedules and high standards of quality.
  • Comply with all sanitary measures and regulations regarding food preparation, storage, and disposal.
  • Place food and milk orders, track inventory, and minimize waste.
  • Send out menu and order forms to families on a monthly basis.
  • Compile and submit monthly reports to the Minnesota Department of Education.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of food service or management experience preferred.
