Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Technician to join our Digital Manufacturing & Training Team at Form Energy, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively run our processes.
  • Create and update documentation and knowledge bases to support training initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training sessions and track trainee progress.
  • Continuously enhance your technical training expertise by staying current with emerging trends and updates in the field.
  • Audit stations for process correctness and 5S to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain associate processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in training manufacturing skills or roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to project manage multiple training initiatives.
  • Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching technical concepts.
  • Experience with technical support or customer service.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles.
  • Availability to work night shifts.
  • Experience auditing processes.
