A Brief Overview
Service Technicians engage in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities may include sanitation, laundry, and food service. Nutritional Services Technicians execute numerous functions while preparing, serving, delivering, and cleaning up food.

Experience Qualifications
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment. Preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting. Preferred
  • Experience managing monetary transactions. Preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read basic two- and three-syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers. Proficiency in printing and speaking simple sentences is required.
  • Ability to apply common sense to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and manage standardized situations with minimal variables. Required proficiency.
What You Will Do
  • Manage food throughout the cooking, serving, and cleaning processes.
  • Sanitize and maintain work areas and equipment, including washing dishes and pans, while ensuring proper cooking and cleaning temperatures.
  • Operate cash register and oversee cash flow from customers.
  • Document processes and procedures as needed and perform inventory and ordering of supplies.
Travel Requirements
  • 20% Delivery and pick-up; dependent upon department need.
