Role Responsibilities: You will play a crucial role in supporting the Catering Department with various tasks related to food service, including setup, serving, and cleanup. Maintaining confidentiality is paramount in this position.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare catering setups for food service
  • Assist with food preparation as required
  • Perform dishwashing duties as necessary
  • Ensure thorough cleanup of catering areas at the end of service
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or familiarity with stage/touring operations
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible availability to meet the varying needs of venues
  • Strong communication skills and punctuality
  • Positive and proactive attitude; focus on finding opportunities in challenges
  • Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-paced and often loud working conditions
  • Extended hours, typically starting early and concluding late
Physical Requirements: The role involves sitting for prolonged periods at a workstation, standing and walking throughout the day, and using hands and fingers for operating equipment. Regular lifting of up to 20 pounds is required, along with frequent crouching, kneeling, bending, and reaching. You will be exposed to typical office conditions and noise levels, as well as large crowds and outdoor environments during event support.
