- Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and communication, and adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, fall protection, and other necessary precautions.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience in commercial roofing or a related field, preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, manufacturer warranties, and technical specifications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Hourly Pay Rate (Knowledge and experience based).
