In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and developing robust partnerships with plumbing wholesalers and contractors. Your expertise in the commercial plumbing industry will be crucial as you navigate this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance existing client accounts across various sectors including plumbing, HVAC, and irrigation.
  • Identify and establish new business relationships to broaden our customer network.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide training to clients on product offerings, ensuring they understand the features and benefits.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with manufacturers to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in outside sales within the commercial plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, fire protection, or irrigation industries.
  • Established connections with plumbing wholesalers and contractors in the Bay Area.
  • Strong comprehension of the commercial plumbing landscape and current market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation structure for this role is designed to reflect the candidate's experience and performance expectations. Anticipated earnings are projected to exceed $200,000 in the first year, including base salary and commission. The base salary is negotiable, targeting between $100K and $150K.
