Bilingual Automotive Sales Opportunity at Beck Automotive Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Beck Automotive Group. As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle selection and negotiation, building rapport with customers to create a referral network, and conducting test drives and presenting vehicle information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers at the dealership and on the lot
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection and negotiate purchases
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a referral network
  • Conduct test drives and present vehicle information
  • Complete paperwork and deliver the vehicle to the customer
  • Follow dealership procedures and follow-up systems
  • Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
  • Meet daily phone and email quotas
  • Marketing on social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Fluent in multiple languages, Required. Spanish Preferred
  • Some sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience using social media platforms in a professional manner
  • Sales experience in industries like retail, insurance, or car rentals is considered
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, CRM, VinSolutions, Autotrader)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Professional business attire and appearance
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
