Automotive Cashier

Beck Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Cashier to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless payment processing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process cash, check, and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Make change and issue receipts to customers.
• Provide refunds or credit memorandums as needed.
• Perform basic accounting and administrative duties using company software.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
• Maintain a daily cash drawer reconciliation.
• Stay informed about new products and services offered by the company.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of automotive experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance required.
