Beck Automotive Group is actively seeking skilled Service Advisors to assist customers in understanding service options and associated costs for vehicle repairs. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience, strong customer service and sales abilities, along with a solid understanding of automotive mechanics. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
- Welcome customers, assess their vehicles, and address inquiries.
- Provide guidance on necessary and recommended services and pricing.
- Promote additional services and products, including current promotions.
- Monitor the progress of vehicles from entry into the service bay to job completion.
- Keep customers updated on any changes during the service process.
- Review completed work orders with customers upon service completion.
- Ensure a completely satisfactory customer experience.
