Ideal candidates will possess experience, strong customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of automotive mechanics. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for service, maintenance, and recall tasks.
- Welcome customers, assess their vehicles, and address inquiries.
- Guide customers on necessary and recommended services and pricing.
- Promote additional services and products, including current promotions.
- Monitor the progress of a customer's vehicle from entry to completion of service.
- Keep customers updated on any developments during the service process.
- Review the work order with customers upon service completion.
- Ensure a fully satisfactory customer experience.
