Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in equipment maintenance and repair. As an Equipment Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment fleet, which is critical to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order parts and materials as needed to maintain and repair equipment
  • Manage and maintain work orders, including completion notes and follow-up with users and managers
  • Review reports and ensure the system is properly utilized, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies
  • Modify schedules and communicate with Central Services to ensure preventative maintenance and maintenance schedules are up-to-date
  • Execute equipment transfers and maintain the EMS filing system
  • Maintain inventory and order fuel, oil, grease, and other consumable materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with administering databases or deployed applications, with a strong understanding of report writing and mobile and fixed equipment
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
