Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order parts and maintain work orders to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Review reports and follow up with users and managers to resolve any issues.
  • Assume responsibility for environmental reports, stormwater sampling, housekeeping, and inspections.
  • Modify schedules and communicate with Central Services to ensure preventative maintenance and maintenance schedules are up-to-date.
  • Execute equipment transfers and participate in month-end accounting functions.
  • Maintain the EMS filing system and verify proper signatures and dates on all paperwork.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other applicable degree preferred.
  • Experience with administering databases or deployed applications, report writing, and managing fixed and mobile equipment in the aggregates industry.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
