**The Role**

We seek a highly skilled Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team. As a critical member of the Pediatric and Congenital Heart surgery team, you will provide advanced provider care and clinical guidance to patients and their families.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments, including medication management.
  • Ensure seamless communication with the ancillary care team.

**Requirements:**

  • A Master's degree in Nursing as an NP or a Master's in Nursing with completion of a post-masters Nurse Practitioner Certification Program.
  • Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse and APRN-NP.
  • Specialty certification required by the department.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • An estimated annual salary range of $125,000 - $160,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including time off, holidays, preventative leave day, vacation, and sick time.
