Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in applying evidence-based strategies to comprehend and shape behavior in young children.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to gain insights into each individual's unique abilities and behavioral traits.
- Develop and oversee customized treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each child.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively support their child's development and progress.
- Deliver ongoing professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Assess child progress through data analysis and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- BCBA certification (required)
- Prior payor credentialing preferred
- Ability to pass a background check (required)
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate
- Competitive salary range: $84,000 - $96,000 depending on experience
