Hospitality Management Leader

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant during their shift. This role has financial responsibility for labor costs, inventory, and cash procedures daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and cash procedures to meet company standards.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve excellent customer service and restaurant operations.
- Assist in setting and achieving store goals, and support the General Manager in hiring and retaining quality staff members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere.
- A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements.
- Ability to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Passion for and ability to thrive on the development and mentoring of others.
