Soccer Shots Sacramento North is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our reach within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Soccer Shots programming within the Greater Sacramento region.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, childcare centers, community centers, and other potential partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and execute marketing efforts to acquire new accounts and promote Soccer Shots.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the youth sports or education sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver who can adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
