Key Responsibilities- Lead the Front Desk Team: Supervise and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure that all front office operations run smoothly.
- Manage Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate Hotel Operations: Supervise the daily operations of the front desk team, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Ensure Quality Service: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality service, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable experience.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to front desk team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Cash Handling and Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and inventory management procedures are in place.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a front desk supervisor or four years of front office experience in hotel work.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of hotel front office procedures, guest services, and hotel policies.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
