Key Responsibilities

  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to front desk team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Cash Handling and Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and inventory management procedures are in place.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a front desk supervisor or four years of front office experience in hotel work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of hotel front office procedures, guest services, and hotel policies.
