The Senior Medical Assistant position is a key role in our Clinical and Operations team, providing excellent patient care and support to our physicians.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant with strong leadership skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist physicians with various aspects of patient care, including clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks
  • To provide dedicated training to new Medical Assistant staff members

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • At least three (3) years of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in outpatient care
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is required
