Job Title: Assembly Team Lead

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly Team Lead to join our team at Granite State Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of assembly professionals in meeting production goals and delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise a team of assembly workers and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide workers and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving them.
  • Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • TWO years of education and five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write simple correspondence.
  • Supervisory experience required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
