Job Title: Residential Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at Network Human Services. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to residents in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with meal preparation and clean-up
  • Participate in routine residence maintenance tasks
  • Document resident progress and provide feedback to management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
