Job Description

The Residential Support Associate will provide direct care to residents, focusing on activities of daily living (ADL), socialization, development of meaningful interpersonal relationships, and habilitation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Facilitate socialization and develop meaningful relationships between residents.
  • Assist residents with habilitation skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and time management.
  • Document resident progress and provide regular updates to the resident's family and healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medication certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for Network Human Services' auto insurance.
