In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while managing and directing medical staff support activities. You will work effectively with people of varied educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value systems. You must possess excellent written and oral communication, listening and social skills. You will also receive detailed information and express and exchange ideas orally. The ability to perform under stress is essential for this position. Additionally, you must be able to interact effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Working Environment Our practice offers a collegial environment with access to expert specialists and the resources of one of the nation's leading health systems. You will work closely with dedicated medical assistants and have flexible schedules to ensure work-life balance (36 clinical hours) 4.5 days and Light Call.
