We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Residential Supervisor to oversee and manage the logistics and daily operations of one full unit consisting of three individual cabins. The successful candidate will support each cabin in their unit, act as a leader and role model, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all staff, volunteers, and campers.

Key responsibilities include assisting other staff and volunteers with problem-solving daily challenges, efficiently communicating plans or updates within their team, and planning/facilitating large group events for staff and participants. The Residential Supervisor will also be responsible for helping staff provide excellent support to campers' social, emotional, and medical needs.

This position works closely with a Lead Counselor and the Residential Life Team to develop and implement effective strategies for unit-wide events, community building, and staff support.
