Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Financial Manager to become a key member of our dynamic real estate organization. This position will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of our firm, ensuring fiscal health, and facilitating strategic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily financial operations.
- Prepare and interpret financial statements.
- Develop and oversee property financial plans.
- Track cash flow and financial forecasting.
- Establish and uphold internal financial controls.
- Coordinate financial audits and tax submissions.
- Work collaboratively with various departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of comprehensive accounting experience, including 1-2 years in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with property management systems (preferably Appfolio or Yardi).
- CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial forecasting and budget management.
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting guidelines.
- Capability to analyze financial information and provide insightful recommendations.
Compensation Package:
- Attractive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $155,000 annually, along with benefits, paid time off, and family & parental leave.
