Position: Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: Seattle, WA

Whistle Workwear is seeking dedicated Sales Associates to enhance our team in Seattle. We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation: Starting at $16.69/hour based on experience. Seasonal employees will receive a holiday premium of $2/hour.

Store Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Shifts will vary.

Our offerings include high-quality work apparel, footwear, scrubs, and safety gear from renowned brands such as Carhartt, Wolverine, Keen, and Timberland Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries both in-store and over the phone.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
  • Process transactions at the cash register, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
  • Label merchandise with accurate pricing.
  • Contribute to achieving the team's daily sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills are necessary.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Proven selling abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
