About the Role

We're seeking a skilled engineer to develop technical specifications for software development and verification, collaborate with product management and application engineering, and lead dynamic controls testing. Your expertise in classical control knowledge, system modeling, and programming languages like Java, C++, and Python will drive our innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute hardware in loop testing (real-time data analysis)
  • Work with product management and application engineering to understand product requirements
  • Utilize effective communication techniques to help team members understand and implement the design strategy
  • Test planning, lab support, data analysis
Requirements

Able to travel overnight; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics (or related technical discipline) and at least 5 years of HVAC or control theory experience is required. Master's or PhD degree is a plus.
