Position Overview:

The role of the CT Imaging Specialist involves delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services through Computed Tomography. This position requires a professional approach to patient care and technical proficiency in imaging techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer CT imaging services for various departments including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.
  • Ensure optimal patient positioning to achieve high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists and medical professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results.
  • Prepare and submit clinical documentation and reports promptly.
  • Maintain a minimum of five years of clinical experience and hold certification in the Computed Tomography modality.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Possess a valid state radiology registration along with current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Preferred certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
  • Experience in a Veterans Affairs setting is a plus.
