Director of Corporate Affairs, Advisory Practice

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations in various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Corporate Affairs to join our Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of internal change and employee engagement communications
- Collaborate with executive directors to develop and implement a communications strategy that shapes, advances, and protects the firm's reputation
- Build trusted relationships with Advisory and Consulting leadership to provide counsel on communications strategies, opportunities, and issues
- Oversee reputation-building campaigns that incorporate media relations, content strategy, thought leadership, and executive visibility
- Manage, coach, and source developmental opportunities for direct reports
- Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, with a strong track record of working with senior business leaders
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in setting and executing integrated communications strategies
- Exceptional writing skills for internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated record of leading, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams
