Child Support Locate Specialist

The Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) is in search of a dedicated Clerical Associate III to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations and confirm child support details by examining demographic data and legal documents.
- Leverage various databases to document efforts and track the progress of case reviews.
- Handle customer service inquiries and manage incoming locate correspondence.
- Execute specialized investigative reviews of cases as required.
This position is based in a professional office setting.
Working Hours:Standard office hours apply.
Qualifications Required:A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with a minimum of one year of clerical experience.
Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 20 words per minute is expected.
This role qualifies for the 55-a Program for eligible individuals with disabilities.
Opportunities for federal loan forgiveness and state repayment assistance programs are available.
Residency in the designated area is required within a specified timeframe following appointment.
City employees with two years of service may have the option to reside in certain counties.
