About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team at Scale Microgrid Solutions. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing strategic relationships with partners to help us achieve our annual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify potential partners who will support Scale in achieving our annual goals
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and assist with the development, negotiation, and execution of partner contracts
  • Train strategic partners on Scale's products, services, and value proposition
  • Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship and update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management
  • Facilitate frequent discussions with both partners and our internal team to track opportunity progression and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Act as a true extension of our strategic partners' teams and assist with quarterly partner reviews of established goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales, business management strategies
  • Working knowledge of energy project development, financing, and contracting
  • An awesome network of energy peers
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight to excel
  • Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree preferred or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
