Job Summary:

Van Dyk Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with referral sources, achieving budgeted admission goals, promoting the agency and programs in the community for Home Health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in networking, special events, group presentations, and referral development programs to promote the agency and programs.
  • Attend local business association meetings and become an active participant in those groups to establish relationships with referral sources.
  • Identify and manage all prospect leads/inquiries regarding potential services in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about home healthcare services provided by the agency.
  • Meet or exceed monthly referral goals by facilitating and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Assistant Administrator in the development and implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Assist with innovative marketing and communications initiatives that build the brand and strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain an active record of marketing executions and pricing from competitors in our service areas.
  • Maintain social media posts and build a loyal following throughout social media channels.
  • Work with the leadership team to analyze market trends and marketing data reports, as well as support business development projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum (1 year) experience in Home Care Marketing and Sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to generate leads, effectively problem solve, and working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrate high-level hospitality and confidence in speaking in small and large-group settings.
