As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with referral sources, achieving budgeted admission goals, and promoting the agency and programs in the community for Home Health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in networking, special events, group presentations, and referral development programs.
- Attend local business association meetings and become an active participant in those groups.
- Serve as an ambassador for our home care agency.
- Identify and manage all prospect leads/inquiries regarding potential services in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about home healthcare services provided by the agency.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral goals.
- Facilitate and maintain relationships with referral sources, making regular visits and phone contacts, with geriatric care managers, physician practices, nurses, social workers, hospitals, and individual clients and families.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Assistant Administrator in the development and implementation of the marketing plan.
- Assist with innovative marketing and communications initiatives that build our brand and strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, and growth among clients and families.
- Assist in the execution of all integrated marketing (including advertising platforms and public relations) on behalf of the home care agency.
- Maintain an active record of marketing executions and pricing from competitors in our service areas.
- Maintain social media posts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Build a loyal following throughout social media channels.
- Work with the leadership team to analyze market trends and marketing data reports, as well as support business development projects.
- Attend weekly business development meetings.
