Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Operations Control Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including aircraft maintenance records and personnel training records.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or deficiencies identified during audits and inspections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aviation or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations, with a focus on maintenance control and management.
  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Experience with avionics troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced technical degree in aviation or a related field.
  • Previous experience in maintenance control or management.
Work Environment

This is a professional office environment with a focus on aircraft maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using hands to handle or feel objects. The successful candidate will be required to work in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal risk of injury.
