Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) serves as an advanced practice clinician, showcasing both clinical proficiency and leadership capabilities.

The NP/PA employs advanced methodologies in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients experiencing various health challenges. This role encompasses the oversight of treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions associated with these health issues. The NP/PA also offers anticipatory guidance, education for patients and their families, as well as psychosocial and emotional support.


Key Responsibilities

The NP/PA fulfills all obligations associated with registered nursing, which includes thorough assessment, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for a diverse patient demographic.

Patients may present with a broad spectrum of ages, severity of conditions, and hematological or oncological concerns.


The NP/PA is an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, necessitating effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and staff across various healthcare settings.

This position demands critical thinking skills, a solid understanding of research methodologies, and an expanded scope of clinical practice and leadership aimed at enhancing care quality and advancing nursing practices within the organization and the wider community.
